Sterling Group

I fully enjoyed working for this company as a maintenance supervisor. Pay was great but no work life balance. A lot could have been made better for the community. I wish I would have had some kind of an exit interview when I decided to leave this company.

This is literally the worst property management company I've ever had to deal with. Running an apartment complex is not rocket science the fact that this company has ran Icon Avondale into the ground is sad. The leasing staff while very nice and well groomed the majority of them are incompetent which is weird because again how hard could it be to run a leasing office.

Since the complex went from Novo to Icon its fallen to pieces. They don't know who has a rented washer or dryer or not. They raised rent $250 but did not add anything but lines in the parking lot. They enter your apartments without noticed and hide that they did so. I should of allowed my alarm company to call the police and press chargers. They never installed key assess on the front door leading into the apartments.

They don't know how to take care of loyal tenants that have been there since the complex opened and paid rent on time even through the pandemic. When I requested to be connected to someone at the corporate office or at least the person ahead of the property manager, because lets be honest they are just faces they don't make real decisions or change I was never connected.

I suggest this company gets some business training because if you think bad comments wont deter new tenants just wait. I will be leaving a long review after I move from Icon.

The fact that I was denied and not given a chance to get documents is not the worst. The took an administrative fee and when told I no longer live at that address I was ignored the mailed a check improperly packaged so it was delivered to my forwarded address in Georgia. Can't get a return call or email so I guess im just out of 250$ a single homeless mother with 4 kids. Lacota Apartments in Norcross Georgia are the absolute worse and just want to app fee. Apply anywhere but here

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness How do you get in touch with anyone that works here? Won't respond to e-mails and won't answer the phone. I'm having issues at The Moderne at Providence that the front office staff won't help me with.

They manage a storage property I've been renting! Not professional at all. Staff in the office is rude, unprofessional & clearly underqualifed for her position! Says 1 thing & does the opposite! The staff here costed me lots of money I didn't have at the time! Nobody from the sterling group will except response ability for their incompetent staff members!

I have worked for the company for 2 years and appreciate the friendliness of all of my colleagues. I love getting to collaborate with my team

I just moved 3 days ago to one of your properties 6800 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard Doraville GA 30360. I never had an experience. After paying for everything the town home that I was assigned wasn't ready and you guys decided to moved me to an apartment of 3bed2Bath. I agree and I wasn't aware that you guys were playing me. You guys didn't told me that the previous tenant killed himself on that apartment and the worse part is this, you guys made me to moved into the apartment the bathroom, kitchen and rooms were not renovated or disinfected. What kind of human being will do that? Knowing that someone just died in that house. I'll have to sue you guys.

The Sterling Group is an excellent organization as a career choice. They provide a smooth on-boarding, and training steps that allow you to grow in your current and future positions. They are very family and team oriented and succeed at creating a positive and fun work environment.

I had an interview with Sterling Group this week. I was extremely impressed with the attentiveness and interest the individual from Sterling Group showed me in the interview. I can tell that this is a genuine Company with integrity and consideration for customers and employees. I truly hope I become a part of their team.
