I live in the QH 3 section of Quonipaug hills. I have submitted two maintenance requests that were resolved very promptly. I find the staff very knowledgeable and friendly.

I believe this is the first time I am ever writing a google review. and I hope this saves someone from using the company. This company is the worst, they do not do their jobs at upholding the rules set forth by the association, they ignore valid complaints, they do not get back to you in a timely manner, and they try to lie and avoid accountability for their lack of action.

Completely unorganized, unprofessional, and makes residences who abide by rules suffer whilst letting clear violators slide. They use the pandemic as an excuse to not do their jobs correctly, though they were still pretty sh*tty before that as well. Avoid at all costs

Critical: Professionalism, Quality My opinion is that empire mgmt is a terrible management company. They do a terrible job maintaining the complex I live in. AWLFUL

This business is well staffed, they respond, to all problems. They are nice people, and they have been with us from the beginning. The owners also have to remember they are not owners, there job to to manage our complex.

Critical: Quality, Value DO NOT USE, THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY! BEEN LIVING IN CONDO FOR OVER 21 YEARS, I'VE WATCHED EMPIRE RUIN MY COMPLEX. EVERY YEAR IT GETS WORSE!

I own a unit in North Guilford, in quonnipaug hills 111. The property manager and his staff have been terrific since we purchased this unit in the winter. They are quick to respond to my calls, have meet with me with questions I had, since i was new to the area. I would highly recommend them.

This is the worst management company ever, I had the owned a condo in Branford that they the board fired them, but know I own in section 3 of Quonapaug Hills Guilford and they manage it, the place has turned into a dump and the money keeps disappearing not sure why the people here can't see through the smoke.

I know it's easier to write negative response than a positive one, BUT if I did not see the importance of this I wouldn't waste my time. In my opinion Empire Property is unprofessional from all ends of the dual ownership; from the Head of the company to the person responsible for handling complaints. I had a leak in my kid's room for 6 years. Any concerns/signs of black mold I was told by the owner of Empire property there are 2000 types of black mold and only 6 are harmful. (I've never heard that take on mold).

What mold is good was my question but that was never answered. The roofer was never held accountable, the owner even asked the original roofer to represent him as his professional roofing engineer expert during a meeting with the building inspector 6 years later (conflict of interest). In my experience they are misleading, zero integrity, not up front and no sense of urgency.

From 2006 till 2014 my family suffered with a cold, moldy and leaking roof. Please know Empire states no personal contractors work for them because it would be a conflict of interest. Most of the maintenance is done by people employed by them. In most business's that's called Double dipping. This is what happened to me and my opinion. Good luck

Empire property Management has been working for the Quonnipaug Hills Section III association for about 5 years. They have been doing a great job. They are very experienced and well staffed. Our board of directors (I was president) hired them after we were forced to fire our previous property managers who were incompetent. I would recommend Empire to any condo association who wants an excellent property manager! Phil LoGiudice
