Wolf PAC Property Service

WolfePack Transport gave me a quote to transport my vehicle and held an electronically signed contract over my head to try to make me stay with them. They took over a week before they could locate a driver and wanted $275 more when they finally found one. I asked them to cancel my order and they told me my deposit wasn't refundable. I cancelled anyway and my credit card company refunded my deposit because the vehicle was never picked up.

Please Note: If this happens to you all you need to do is contact you credit card company and they will refund the money as long as the vehicle hasn't been picked up even if they have a "signed contract". Please don't make the same mistake I made and stay away from these scam artists. All they want is your money and can't even provide the service.

The carriers are aware of their tactics and don't call on their vehicles. They also have an extremely bad rating on the posting board so drivers don't call on their loads. TRUST ME AND STAY AWAY! UPDATE: REGARDING THEIR RESPONSE AS ME BEING AN EX EMPLOYEE JUST PROVES WHY YOU SHOULDN'T CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY. I AM NOT AN EX EMPLOYEE AND WOULD NEVER WORK FOR A COMPANY WITH SUCH HORRIBLE STANDARDS. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS AND WOULD DO ANYTHING TO MISLEAD A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER. I STAND BY MY STATEMENT ABOVE. FIND ANOTHER BROKER AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Met our exact needs on short notice when others failed after 6 weeks. Transported our car from SWFL to Central KS. Everything was as promised. I couldn't have been happier that we didn't have to drive 2 cars. It was worth every pennny. Great Service

I love working with them they were on time! And they handled my car with so much care and respect! I have a modified car which was lowered and the man who dropped my car off to me made sure my car got off the truck with ease and no dents or scratches and I was a happy lady!

I also transported a car for this broker and never got paid. They do have a bad rating on Central dispatch. This is VazLac Auto Transport LLC. They lied about sending the check a few times and then stopped answering our phone calls. $250 a couple of years now. I did a same day delivery busting my butt and this is the thanks I got. They also made me jump through hoops and have them additionally insured. The nerve! Charlie

In my opinion, I would give 0 stars if I could. I scheduled my pickup at least 3 weeks in advance and was told that a driver would contact me a week out about pick-up and delivery. A week out, I had not heard anything, so I contacted my representative at Wolfe Pack. He was snotty and told me that the driver would contact me, which they never did. The day before my scheduled pick up I still didn't hear anything, so I called again. However, no one answered or returned my phone call.

The day of I still did not hear anything, so I called again, still no response. When they finally returned my phone call, days later, they told me that my driver was in an accident. I then contacted another company who told me that Wolfe Pack posted my listing too many times which screwed me over. They also told me that no driver ever picked up my posting, so they lied when they said, "my driver was in an accident." I was very flexible with my pick-up and delivery date and location. Communication and customer service were awful, and I would definitely not recommend.

A little over due in writing this as this was done in December. They shipped our car from CT to Cincinnati Ohio, they were efficient, fast service and the price was awesome! The driver communicated with us along the route. The transition was extremely easy. Highly recommend them. Will use them to ship again! Great job guys!

I have worked with WolfePack several times over the last 5 year and they always do an excellent job. They are always on top of what they say. I highly recommend them! They even shipped my husbands gulf cart.

Wolfepack provides outstanding service from the first phone inquiry we made all the way through the reservation, cost, communication and pick up and delivery of our car. Each person we encountered was helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. We called on a Friday afternoon and our car was transported down the east coast by Sunday afternoon. We highly recommend Wolfepack for your car transport needs!

After going through dozens of reviews I turned to the better business bureau and found this company that was rated A+. They delivered my Honda Civic from Pennsylvania to Central California. They communicated with me, delivered the car in a timely manner, a charged me fairly. No complaints. Thank you for a stress free experience.
