Are you relocating to the area and looking to lease a single family home, townhouse, condo or duplex for 6 months or more? Perhaps you are building a home and need a place to live in the interim? Simplify your search with assistance from TRMC, Inc. We have 1 - 4 bedroom properties (furnished/unfurnished) available for lease on North Padre Island and surrounding areas.
Thank you for your interest in one of our featured rental properties. Now that you are ready to move forward with the application process and secure your new home, you will need to complete each of the items listed below. NOTE: EACH person 18yrs of age or older MUST apply and qualify individually. Provide copy of (3) most recent pay stubs verifying income is at least 3 times the monthly rent.
Before a Resident is able to take possession of a property, payment for the $45 Application Fee, Deposit, $100 Non-refundable Administrative Fee and a Full Month's Rent must be remitted. Unless otherwise specified, the Resident is responsible for transferring electric and all utility services (water, trash, gas, etc) into their name by the lease start date.
Please be sure to contact applicable service providers to schedule necessary utilities and services such as electricity, water, wastewater, gas, trash/recycling, cable, etc prior to your Lease Start Date. Failure to connect electrical or utility services prior to this date may result in a fine and charge for usage.

We had a wonderful experience with The Rental Management Company and the house we stayed in during our North Padre Island get away. The house we stayed at was very comfortable and felt just like home the moment we walked in. I could not have asked for a better experience and beautiful home to come to each night helped us have a wonderful vacation.

From the get go the whole process was shady. No one was communicating between staff in there office. The place I rented was smelly and things were broken. I told them about it and nothing was done. They kept my deposit claiming I broke the things I complained about being broke. They're a complete joke of a business. I assume how they stay afloat is by keeping everyone's deposit.

I have had a very good experience with the company. Everyone is very responsive and maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly and efficiently. I also have had very positive experiences with the different contractors and/or staff that come to the house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Used to love coming here and have been a customer for 4 yrs, until now. We asked for private slip and thought that is what we paid for. Then condo next to us was rented out for 12 people (supposed to be 6) and started a fight about using the slip for fishing on versus us parking our boat. It's not worth going to jail over and it ruined our trip. We had 9 days left and we are leaving because they rent to folks that are disrespectful of others.

I would strongly suggest to avoid renting through this company, especially if you are military. They are extremely rude with their clients and do not respond in a timely manner. They do not fix maintenance problems at the time of report. It took them 3 months to give us our security deposit back even though we contacted them over 3 times about it and they did not get back to us until it was convenient for them. I could go into specifics but overall, they shafted me, my fiance and the other couple that lived with us. Avoid the headache and don't rent with them.

Everything we wanted in a vacation spot! Clean, beautiful views, close to the beach. Nice full kitchen and updated bath. Added features were a huge T.V. and wi-fi access. It was such a nice place to come back to after a day spent exploring where we could just relax in front of the big T.V. while posting our day's pictures on FB. Will definitely visit here again!
