The owner and his rent staff are terrible people. These slumlords were always tacking on extra charges for any reason they could including 50 dollars for gas for any and all visits to the property. Stay away from these hoodlums. They specialize in harassment. Even in court the judge easily sensed that this company is vile and harasses people. Renters beware.

The only reason i moved out of their apt was because i needed another room for my sister, other than that it has been a great a pleasure doing business with this realty. There was great communication always and they are very understanding people.

We rented for 7 to 8 years. Liz was an angel to my family and I. The line of communication was awesome. I can't thank Liz and Wes enough for everything!

We rented a three bedroom 2 full bathroom house while in the middle of selling our house in El Paso and moving to DC. The house rental process was easy and Liz was great to work with. When we moved and our son stayed for college he continued the rental and Liz made it easy for him to take over the lease even though it was the first time he's ever been on his own or had a job (after he completed college).

Now Liz went out of her way to help us re-rent the property when our son bought a new house! During the time we lived there when something needed fixed, like a toilet that leaked once, Liz made sure to send out maintenance right away. I have nothing but good things to say about Texas Realty, their property, and definitely Liz!

The staff here very nice and professional and helpful. I did not have good credit but she was helpful along with my dads help she rented me a 3 bdrm house for my grandson and I. House was nice kept up no issues

My family and i lived on two of their properties for almost 6 years. They are professional, fast and accurate to respond to any service call, most of them same day attention. Liz the office and property manager is super accesible and easy to work with, she will always make sure you dont have any questions and clearify any doubts immediatelly. she would even help us out when we transitioned from rent to own, giving us great realtor tips and all the accesibility to end our lease in good terms, total class act! Wes M. the owner was always friendly and sometimes personally attended the service calls. As long as you keep your payments in order you will never experience any kind of issues. Totally would recomend their services!

Texas realty was one of my greatest experineces in renting a home. I was with them for 2 years n didnt have any problems. Liz and Paulina always went above n beyond to help in any way shape or form. They were responsive and always addressed are concerns and issues in a timely manner.

I was a tenant with Texas Realty for 3 years. Great maintenance service. Great land lord. Wes Merritt and Liz my family and I thank you for everything. It was a pleasure . The employees and owner of Texas Reality were really nice and understanding. My experience with renting from them was great and they do an exceptional job at keeping the property well maintained. Whenever I needed something they were quick to answer my calls and/or reply to text messages. I really recommend renting from them.

We rented a property from Texas Realty for a little over two years, and during that time had no problems with them. Wes is a great landlord, responding promptly when we needed any repairs and doesn't seem to be out just to make a profit. Our rental rate was very affordable and the apartment will be missed.
