Our goal is simple: we fight to minimize property tax costs for our clients. To accomplish that, we leverage our extensive marketplace knowledge and dig deep into appraisal research to file the most well-researched protest case possible. Values for business personal property, commercial and residential property are negotiated with the appraisal districts through informal meetings and appraisal review board hearings. Then we use the arbitration process or the litigation proceedings to get the best possible results.
Our commitment to your success doesn't end once the lease is signed. We offer complete property management services designed to create sustainable performance through on-going tenant relations, rental collections, utility and property tax billings, late notices, periodic property inspections, property maintenance and supervision of repairs, renovations and tenant finish out.
Our Zoning and Development services are led by firm president, Jim Maibach, who served on the Arlington Planning and Zoning Commission from 1997 to 2003.

Peyco has been doing my taxes for years for property tax protest. If you're looking for a property tax protest company you owe it to yourself to give them a call. I have quite a bit of real estate and they have always done an excellent job and try to fight for every penny they can for you

Received a reduction in property tax payment of under $100; yet owed this firm nearly $700 to attain that reduction. They would not work with me in anyway due to the unconscionable result of their services and threatened suit if I did not pay.
