Incorporating in 1995, we added equipment and computers that enabled us to expand into property management, adding greater sales and marketing capabilities, we started providing Resort Time Share resales, learning the complex resale needs of our area resorts.

We loved renting from this company! It was never a struggle to get ahold of anyone or to request maintenance help. We got our full deposit back which was great. They were very clear in their expectations of cleanliness for when we moved out which saved us from any confusion. We highly recommend them!

CR Properties in my own experience is giving us good quality service. When there is a problem, they will send a repairman to fix it. The owner of the house is kind too. We don't have much problem on their service. And about the Staff, they're pretty great too. And I got my deposit refund. Keep up the good work guys!

This company is fraudulent they charge outrageous fees like missing appliances that never were removed because if they were they should of mentioned that in court, not wait until the judge settles the case then report to credit bureaus double the charges. Greedy company. I may have broken a lease during a hardship due to not being compensated for completed work on the very properties you boast about managing but kicking someone when they're already down is just ridiculous

I rented here for 4 years and left this place cleaner than when I moved in. After being told I would get all my deposit back from the walk through with the maintenance manager, they kept $650 for pre-existing issues I had reported on my move in checklist! They wouldn't return my messages regarding this. Won't rent from them again.

They have a great online system for owners and tenants and when you can see all your statements and receipts in one place it makes everything open and transparent! Jim and his staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. Whenever I've had questions, they've been answered within 24 hours. All maintenance requests are handled right away. Paying the lease payment is a breeze through the online portal! I'd highly recommend the professional staff and owner at CR Properties. They make leasing a property easy, and safe.

We have been Landlord clients with C&R Property Service for over 14 years and have dealt with other property managers for properties outside of AZ and C&R by far has been the best property management company we have ever used. They always respond in a timely manner and when we had a large flood claim recently they really went to bat for us and did an outstanding job as we could not have been more satisfied. Dealing with Maria and Jim the owner has always been a pleasant experience as I would highly recommend their company.
