My husband and I sold our house in Saint David last year using An agent with Bisbee Realty. She was rude and dismissive toward me from start to finish. She ignored me entirely, and would only speak to my spouse, despite me asking through calls and text messages to be included in conversations regarding our home sale. The way she treated me during the process was appalling, but that was simple due to our agent.

I VERY directly requested she CC me on every email and other communication regarding our sale, and she chose then chose to ignore me further. Find another agency, and DEFINITELY use a different agent.

I have had an extremely positive experience with Bisbee Realty.

If it wasn't for Karen it would be a great company to rent from. She is rude, has attitude all the time and blames it on her personal issues.

Karen needs training on how to speak to people. Very rude. We will not be going through this company again.

Working with Karen in the past was most unpleasant. Repairs were made ever so slowly or not at all. I continued to be pleasant and was treated disrespectfully and with insults for asking for things like heat in winter. I would never work with Karen again. She needs a long vacation. The woman seems too stressed to do her job with any competency and professionalism.

They said i was moving in on a friday and then said that no untill sunday because they were "cleaning" the town house. We moved in and i noticed there was holes in the walls, outlets were loose, stain carpets, etc. The kitchen was dirty full of grease, hole in the wall of the sink with mold umong other things. Also my townhouse got broken into and i asked them to put a brace on the windows to stop theifs and they said "no but your more then welcome to put them yourself" Six months later the outlets are still loose still holes in the walls and stained carpets, they hardly ever answer and get thing fixed but over all amber is a good lady.

Working with Sally has always been a joy. She found us a rental when wee first moved here, storage units for our "extras", and then a home to buy. The office is easy to locate, the people professional and all our transactions have been very positive. Highly recommend!
