Hands of Hope is RCP's Charity Committee comprised of dedicated employees who are committed to serving our local communities as well as our clients! The Committee coordinates and participates in several charitable events throughout the year. Past events include Paddle for Pink in West Windsor, Table to Tablein Newark and Englewood, the Polar Bear Plunge in Seaside Heights, Covenant House Sleep Out, Make a Mom's Day partnering with Risein Hightstown, and many food drives and toy drives to benefit local organizations and families throughout New Jersey.

Jessicca Rathbun who manages Griggs Farm is doing a WONDERFUL JOB, she is very responsive and resolve issues in a timely manner. The short time she has been on the job she has made many improvements to the community. She is an absolute asset to RCP.

Any RCP Management Company managers that I have worked with have been fantastic! As a vendor it is very important to have responsive managers, and RCP Management has some of the best! Our most recent project with Ashley at Indian Head North went great and she was a big help in having such a smooth process! Very professional, fair, responsive, and fun to work with!

Our new management company, RCP, - has demonstrated a " Hands On" and immediate response to us residents, in terms of information and things affecting our community. Their representative, and Property Manager, Mr. Javier Deanta, - came out of the gate, so to speak, - very much interested in addressing matters that affect our residents, and our quality of life, safety, etc., I am anticipating his cooperation and involvement, in all things which will secure, and enhance our quality of life in our community. as a 22 year resident, - I am hopeful that our concerns will be heard and addressed, in a cooperative, and just fashion. Very pleased thus far, with his direct, and straightforward cooperation, and interest in serving our needs as owners and residents.

My first introduction to RCP and Mary Faith was in the community I lived in for 20 years before moving to Elements. During those 20 years, Mary Faith's tenure as our property managed far exceeded any manager we had before or after her tenure. And we are once again fortunate to have another exceptional property manager here at Elements in Svetlana Malinsky.

She is thoroughly dedicated to our community. She answers the phone when she is in the office. If she is out attending to something in the community she calls as soon as she returns. She is always available, effective and efficient in her job. Her follow up skills are impeccable. She is also our Social Director, and in that capacity has worked diligently to bring a number of activities to the community. We waited a long time for Svetlana and I hope she is here for a very long time. Thanks for all you do for us.

Here in the Elements community we have had many property managers come and go. When Svetlana Malinsky came to us, we thought she was too good to be true. Right from the beginning she made it a point to get to know the residents and has worked conscientiously with the board and the various committees. The welfare of our community means as much to her as it does to us.

She works well with all of the contractors and knows how to solve problems. She responds quickly to emails even after hours from her home. She goes above and beyond with everything she is responsible for. We are very grateful to have her as our property manager and we hope she is here to stay.

I live in The Fairways at Knob Hill since 2006 and I really enjoy the community. It is well maintained, the grounds are kept really nice. I like that our collected money is used to better the community. I have had some experience with Mods, exterior repairs and such and have never had any issues. whenever I reach out to management I always get a reply back or callback.

I think communication is key and not delaying things. I have been in contact with Jackie Boker who is the Property Manager for Knob Hill and I must say. Jackie always get back to me in a timely fashion and it shows that she cares about the community. Her work experience is helping the community become better and I'm thankful for that.

Katherine Henriques is my Building's manager at the Executive House and I just want to give her big thank you for being so helpful and responsive to my own issues within my unit. This management company is a very professional company. Even during this pandemic Katherine still made sure to be transparent and communicative with me. I am a new home owner and she definitely helped me feel more at ease knowing I can trust someone to help me with any problems. I feel much better now that my issues have been resolved. I would recommend working with Katherine and this management company.

I have known the owner, Mary Faith since her days as our property manager in Lawrenceville in the 90's. She was excellent in her role. Now we have Svetlana Malinsky as our property manager. She is the best manager this community has EVER had and I have been here for 11 years! No task is to difficult and she is hands on when something needs to be done. Her responsiveness to email after business hours is just part of her concern for residents and the community in all. She deserves a 10 star rating.

I have been in property management as a profession for several years, therefore I take the way our community is managed very seriously. RCP is top notch when it comes to providing great service. From day one of the community manager Jackie's arrival, The Fairways at Knob Hill saw an immediate improvement. She completely puts the needs of the residents first which I saw first hand while serving as a board member. I love living here and a huge part of that is due to RCP! Thanks for your service
