I recently bought a condo & my interaction with In Rhodes has been both good & bad. Ashley Kelly is the assistant manager for my condo & the first 1-2 emails & phone calls were promising but then she completely fell off & has not responded to me in over a month. I then contacted Terry, a manager who has been friendly & efficient thus far. I have a work order that has been in for a month which Ashley has ignored but I emailed Terry today & hope it will be handled soon. I also had contact with Stephanie Rumble concerning my welcome packet information which she responded to immediately & I appreciate.

I have contacted Stephanie concerning yearly association dues and she helped me through it professionally. But most impressive thing is Stephanie responded to all my email(s) within 2 minutes! It was kind of freaky. Like she was waiting for my emails to respond! It was definitely welcoming customer service experience.

Worst management company I have ever worked with. Shannon manages our association and I honestly don't know why she is still allowed to work for In Rhodes, as I can not be the only one saying something. I wait weeks for her to respond to simple questions and the responses I do get are half-assed. She is rude, even more so in person. She might be qualified, but her personality is not fit for customer service based business. Lately when I call, it seems like they have a constant turnover of employees, which speaks volumes. I have had 3 different assistant managers in the past 12 months at my association. Why is this happening? Why is there no consistency with this company?

I would absolutely AVOID this housing management company if at all possible! The home we moved into had several maintenance items that are covered by our monthly dues, and this company does NOT respond to requests in a timely manner. I have items that I've requested for repair over 2 YEARS ago that are still not complete, nor has the assigned Account Manager responded to our request.
After sending approximately 50 emails over a 7 week span, I was able to receive a response. The Controller withdrew funds from my account without my authorization, and then proceeded to charge a bounced check fee for it. This company expects payment for services not rendered in a timely fashion, and should be closed for unethical business practices.
After 9 months of living in our dream home, we are now considering selling it, due to how difficult it is to work with this management firm. Also to note, when the owner saw this review, he did call my wife to yell at her, because this was posted. Perfect example of how their customer service is a systemic problem from the top down!
