If you want a modern, well-equipped, central location for important meetings, we have five excellent options inside the Duluth Technology Village in downtown Duluth. The Leif Erikson Conference Room is on the Superior Street level and seats 28 people classroom style. The rates for our conference rooms are $40/hour for current tenants and $50/hour for non-tenants.
