Services
I became a licensed Realtor in 2008. In the first 2 years I was ranked in the 1%of Realtors based on the volume of homes sold. Dealing primarily in the greater Nashville area, I have been able to provide a variety of single family and multi-family homes to investors and first time homebuyers. Thinking about entering the world of property investments, but aren't sure if you will have the time to devote to them? Contact our Property Management division to help lighten the load.
Leland Watts is an established investor with over 35 years of experience in property investments and management. We buy, sell, trade, and rent! We are also interested in vacant properties that are in need of repair to buy/sell at a discount price. If you are looking for properties with proven cash flow, we have many available for your review.
Contemplating whether you should remodel or sell? Did you know that since 1994, the cost of buying a new home has increased 3.7% per year; yet the cost of remodeling has only risen 2.8% annually? Obviously home improvement makes more sense-dollars and cents! So now that you have decided to remodel and add that mother-in-law addition, or that sunroom you've always dreamed of, or a new roof, where do you turn?

Terrible service, told house was gonna be ready for us to rent had us pay rent, deposit etc went to look before moving house not done painting, needed to be cleaned still, wood floors not repolished, they could only credit us 100 for cleaning bc " thats what our lady would get paid " for that but we have a 200+ invoice to pay for this. We had to move out by the 1st house was supposed to be ready the 3rd they later said we told yall it wasn't going to be done until the 15. no you didnt, horrible treatment from them, would never recommend them, ever.

With this company almost 4 yrs and never had an issue. If anything messed up they had maintenance come within 24 hours. Stephanie is the sweetest and always helpful. Thanks for the great experience.

I'm totally disappointed and really mad at myself for allowing myself to be in a bad place as I am currently in at the moment. And, it seems like it's a no win situation. I have no peace of mind living in this place, would have done better staying where I was at than this gosh forsaken place. The neighbors company has no respect for my family and I area. I'm beyond fed up with this mess. If you don't have peace where you stay, then you what do have, NOTHING! I need answers.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We rent from them. They complained about us having a chair in the yard and said it was "trashy" but when they had a window "fixed" at our house they literally just taped a piece of plywood over our window and charged us a $500 cleaning fee yet literally didn't clean anything. This place is trash.

I used to rent with them back in 2015-2017 and I've had nothing but great experience with them. The 4bedroom house that I was renting was sadly sold.but the staff (Stephanie)was great and maintenence was always there to fix things. I never had any issues where they were at fault of anything but I really enjoyed renting from them and recommendat others to do so as well.

This is probably one of the last places in the tri-state area that is still servicing low income applicants with finding affordable housing. The staff is friendly, patient, helpful and understanding. What they are doing here is very important and counts! Property list availability is courteously placed in a mailbox outside facility for after hour potential applicants. Keys to the property's are provided for walk through prior to application at the applicants discretion. Property's typically range from 1-3 bedroom apartments or houses however have been known to have additional bedroom/other room sizes available.

Agency accepts voucher programs through the city/state for certain property's and also has regular market rate rentals available. The application process moves accordingly with minimal delay in processing. Shout out to Stephanie in the front office, I have made two referrals and both clients have had good things to say about their experience and the exceptional customer service she has provided as well as both being placed in suitable housing!

Do not rent from them. Do not. We were promised this and that they never did a thing. Maintanance is a joke they don't fix anything they just make it work for a little longer then don't come back to fix it. We had no heat or ac in the house. Outlets didn't work. It was a hell hole for 1500 a month. Told us it was safe everyday I was there some random person knocked on the door or approached you when you got in your car.

The house leaked. Mold everywhere in bathroom. We painted AND power washed the ENTIRE house and most of fence and they didn't do a single thing they said they would. Horrible people. Then I was nice enough to allow them to show the house before our lease was up and Tonya moved my furniture and everything around for some reason. In the process of moving my stuff she absolutely was not suppose to move she broke my glass top table.

Do not rent from them. We were told when we moved in not to remove the adt sign so people would be less likely to break in. Also, there had to be a box around my ac unit so no one could break in the window. I am going to say because of those things it was known it was not safe.

Slumlords my home had black mold and they have no maintenance crew after hours and very rude my house had no installation and spider infestation and after I called codes they tried to evict me! Pics before I moved in I should have turned it down but I needed a place for my son! I have now moved out and it's a blessing! Do yourself a solid Don't Rent from This Company!

Wanted to point out that this company isn't in charge of maintenance, the land lord is. First Nash is a management company that sets up the lease & collects rent only. That being said, they don't do anything beyond tell the slumlord you are actually renting from that something is amiss. Had a terrible mold problem. Nobody did anything. 2 burst pipes? Had to fix it myself out of pocket.

All in all it was the worst duplex I ever lived in. Definitely make sure you look the place over with a fine tooth comb, because that's how your place will look until you leave. Just don't blame the nice ladies who answer the phone. Blame the jerk who is your secret unseen landlord.

Horrible. I rented from them for three years during which time they never completed any maintenance, but demanded their rent on time. They also are extremely rude and will try to get over any way they can. I almost referred a friend to them, but after the horrific experience I had with them, i decided to finish my lease and spare myself the embarrassment of anybody knowing that I actually rented from First Nashville Realty for those three years. Take it from me. Your money is better spent elsewhere.
