Privacy invaders!the worst real estate management company in Idaho. Dory is a bigot and accuses Mexican renters of illegal activities in their homes it's 2022 for heavens sake

Mann Keegan and sean did a great job fixing my toilet they were so respectful and nice.

Keegan and Sean were a huge help with some extensive repairs at our property including removing old carpet, garbage cleanup and disposal, patching holes, matching texture and painting. Hard workers and always very professional! Highly recommend these guys!

Incredibly rude. What could have been a simple interaction became an extremely negative experience. On top of this, when we moved into our apartment it had not been cleaned, the unfinished cleaning list was still left on the countertop, parts of the apartment were broken, we still don't have a mail key because it hadn't been checked in, among other oversights by this company.

But the worst of it all is just how unfriendly and unprofessional they acted toward us. Very negative first impression of how they have handled things. The apartment itself is beautiful (other than the issues left unfixed) and I really wanted to have a good experience, but I just cannot say that's true. Hopefully my experience can be changed in the future.

Rooftop Rentals is a great group of hard workers, especially Dylan. Dylan always works hard and makes sure the job gets done.

We went too a showing the other day. Stacey showed us around and was very polite and professional. We were thankful for Rooftop's quick response to answer us for the showing. Thanks again!

I currently live in one of their units. I reached out to the office to obtain a written notice of the drastic increase in our rent, and was treated horribly. I was met with severe frustration and anger from the employee I was speaking with. I was simply requesting a notification via email. The employee was unbelievably rude. I've had several instances where I've been treated in the same manner.

As a homeowner, I would avoid working with this company, i've had nothing but frustration dealing with them and living in their units. There's a lot of great options in Idaho Falls, and I would highly suggest using someone else if you want happy tenants in your units.

Super helpful. I was assisted by a younger man by the name of Brady ( I believe that's his name ) and he helped me on everything A-Z and was super resourceful and knowledgeable. Helped me out with about everything I mentioned to him! Cannot recommend enough!

I would not recommend. Not Tennant friendly. A certain person in the office is not helpful. She is contensious and seems as though you are imposing on her time. The previous post was directed at only ONE person in the office. As I have had more or as much interaction with this particular person I felt it necessary to comment with a negative review with regards to my experience. All other staff have been gracious, accomadating and helpful.

Rooftop found us an amazing house at an amazing price! We loved working with the ladies in the office and the maintenance guys did a great job. Jacob really worked hard to make sure the house was beautiful before we moved in. Thank you Rooftop!

Please do not rent from them. Don't brother to clean the place if you are renting from them.

Worst company to rent from. The apartment is dirty when you move in and when you leave they take your deposit. I would not even clean the place if I had to do over again. DO not rent from them.
