This property management is the best. Everyone is so nice, Jennifer is amazing to rent through. She has worked a lot with my fiance and I, always is quick to get back to us, personable, works with us if need be. I will rent through them until I find a house I want to buy. I trust them whole heartedly. I always recommend them to anyone looking.

I tried to apply for a unit on Monday and was told I had to view it before I could pay the application fees. I am moving there from out of state. I was able to get my father to go look at the duplex today during his busy workday, and Jennifer told him to bring my $50 in application fees by the office. Then she told me separately that she already had someone approved for that duplex, but didn't I want to apply for a different unit in a run-down neighborhood?
No of course I don't. I stopped my dad from handing over $50 and when Jennifer found out, suddenly the application fee wasn't necessary if I wanted to live in a crap-tastic area. Deceptive. Do not rent from them.
