Ruidoso Vacation Rentals

We stayed at Robins Nest and it was very nice. The house was very clean and perfect for our family long weekend. Great location, close to the town and beautiful view. The pool table was alot of fun for our family. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in a Trip to Heaven. We were given typed directions in order to get to the correct entrance to the house, and they were poorly written, making it difficult to find. Then the code they gave us to enter the cabin was incorrect. We had to wait outside the cabin for awhile waiting for them to answer the phone and give the correct code. We planned to grill the first night, only to find out their propane tank was empty. The dishwasher did not work at all. There was mens shaving hairs on a dish in the bathroom. I expected better.

Stayed at one of cabins for my husbands birthday in November! The house was very clean and met all of our needs! Would def go back! Ask for Jhovany he can hook you up!

For starters, when we opened up our cabin there was an overwhelming odor of natural gas. Once we let the cabin air out we figured that since the place didn't explode when we turned on the lights we would be okay. The next morning I went to the office which happens to be on the other side of town; and told them about the gas leak. I was told that they would send someone out to the cabin to look at it.

Nobody showed up. I know this because we never left the cabin that day. There was an electrical outlet hanging out of the wall. The thermostat is literally a foot from the heater so it was hot on on side of the cabin and frigid on the other side of the cabin. The shower curtain was dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Finally, and certainly not least; the bed was the hardest thing that I have ever had to TRY to sleep on.

It was so hard that we decided that it was worth losing the money for the final night at the cabin and driving all the way back to Lubbock so we could actually get a decent night sleep. There was one positive thing about the cabin; they left us 3 little logs and a empty lighter to start it with. We have stayed at this particular cabin (Blue Spruce) before when it was under different management, and we used to love it. This new company doesn't care about the people staying there; they just care about the money. If at all possible find a different company to get your cabin through.

We rented the Cowboys, Indians, and Outlaws cabin and had a wonderful time. Plenty of room to sleep all of us, and we got a lot of use out of the pool table, card table, and the hot tub. It was also very reasonably priced when split between the group, especially for such a nice place as compared to similarly priced hotel rooms.

The cabin on Mockingbird Lane was great, very clean, and the staff was very easy to work with. The only thing I would change would be that the oven and stove need to be updated, it was pretty difficult to just cook breakfast. Other than that, everything was very nice!

We rented Happy River on Mechem Drive Dec 2021 for 2 nights. We had no heat starting with our afternoon arrival and overnight temps below 30 degrees. It took numerous and repeated phone calls and 17 hours to get the heat fixed. They provided a "one night" refund, but refused to include taxes and cleaning fees so the "one night" refund turned out to be less than half the actual cost of renting.

They also expected a 20 page lease to be signed for a two night rental. And they wanted a Holds Harmless signed which prohibits public comments, in order for us to receive any refund. I have refused to sign as I do not agree with the half refund for an entire night of freezing.

Great place to use to spend a vacation. Staff were extremely helpful and nice with any problems or questions we had. Overall wonderful experience!

I wish I could review this place. We had a winter storm the day we were to head to Ruidoso. One highway was closed and the other was impassable. I emailed the owner, and have still not heard back. I had paid close to $500 for this cabin, which is normally $99 a night. I completely understand a no cancellation policy; however travel was cancelled due to weather, and not by choice. I am disappointed in the professionalism of this place, and will no longer be booking anything through VRBO.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Had a small issue at the property, called the office and they sent maintenance to fix the issue very quickly. Lisa was very easy to work with and they even allowed us to have a late check out! Highly recommend staying here

The staff at condotel were very friendly and the checkin/checkout process was a breeze! The property we stayed at was very clean and seemed brand new which made our stay very comfortable!

Rented a house over New Years and it was wonderful! The house was perfect for our family and friends. Very clean and great location! Condotel was much cheaper than using a big site to rent and very easy to work with. Highly recommend and will use them again!

Very clean cabin. The property overall was as advertised. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much!

Great house to rent for larger families. We enjoyed the hospitality and awesome views. Easy check-in and check-out.

Three couples next to us had 3 dogs that were either barking or fighting when they turned them out. They roamed to our deck and around the grounds. Owners did not clean up after them.

Do not book though Condotel! Same experience as MANY reviews. They booked me only to call me back a day before we leave to say there was a"flood" in the house due to appliance. Which is what other reviews say is their excuse. I think they overbook and give the rental to the person who paid more. They asked to put me in another property which they had no pictures yet because they just acquired it but I refused after seeing what happened to me as others and Knew probably when I get there they would cancel on me as others have experienced.

Also after they told me how much I would pay for the new property I saw it later on their website for twice as much as they offered me soi know I would get the same excuse later and tell me it's not available. However I did get my money back. Front desk is not very personable either. Stay away! This happened end of July.
