The most unprofessional rental company in the area. We are 6 months pregnant and they knowingly let us walk into the apartment when it was freshly bombed with pesticide. When we first confronted them about lying that it was clean and ready to move in, they denied our proof and said it was all ready. And when we were persistent about it, that's when they were like yes it was freshly bombed today but it's no big deal that your pregnant girlfriend walked into the apartment! They ended up giving us all our money back but I can assure you we will be getting a lawyer for their negligence.

I have just recently started leasing a house from Your Rental Connection and I have had a pleasant experience so far. Sara in particular was very responsive to my questions and helpful during the application process. So far so good!

This is is out 1st apt. We have been dealing with noises/ disturbances & threats for over 6 mos. from our neighbors in crystal Grove. Very ghetto. No issues have been resolved. I would not recommend at all, they are not good on customer rapport when trying to solve a simple resolution. We are continuing w. Filing A lawsuit due to the false harassment.

This is hands-down, the best experience we have had ever with renting. From the ladies in the office being super nice and attentive, to the maintenance guy with a great attitude and a super quick!

They have been quick to offer help / assistance when we have had problems or questions. Overall good value and we are happy to be renting through them!

Very smooth rental process. Photos online were representative. No surprises. The staff I interacted with were very helpful and responsive.

Horrible experience! Everything was great up until moving out of property. I paid a cleaning person to clean the house and also cleaned the house myself. Upon receiving my deposit I was shorted $75 and told I could have been charged the whole $150 cleaning service fee, but they were being "nice". Almost 1500 sqft home completely cleaned. I was told the oven had a residue and that was the only thing I was being charged the cleaning charge for.

Very petty to charge half of the cleaning charge for one appliance having cleaning residue. When I asked for pictures, I never heard from them again. I should have just let them take the $150 and left the house for them to clean if I was going to be charged anyways. I hate being Nickle and dimed needlessly. I would understand if I hadn't cleaned at all. But to charge me when I go above and beyond to clean the whole house top to bottom is ridiculous.

My family and I just moved here in June 2020. So I have little to no rental history to provide. I explained this to the ladies at this office through a series of conversations. Still they took my money (app fees) and with in 24 hrs denied me.so disappointed.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Having Been Involved in Residential Construction and Rentals for over 30 Years I have found these people make lots of demands and Then excuses. After preparing the property to their specs they backed out of an agreement. You can do much better hiring a professional to manage you property. I would avoid this company!

During my time with rental connection, the only prompt response i recieved was when air conditioning broke. It took them 3 months to replace broken microwave, almost a month to replace stove, and they never fixed roof that caved in after the second week residing at resident. Its almost impossible to get maintenance around holidays. I suspected septic tank was backed up and instead of her calling to get fix, she had me walking around the house on the phone with her as if i was a plumber.

Both Dedra and Jeanie are rude to say the least. They took half of my deposit and sent an empty itemized invoice. I was charged a cleaning fee of 280 when there was nothing to clean for 8hrs. There response is it not them. They not only want you to put any objections in writing but sent money back as if its not entitled to you.

Your rental connection has been managing a rental property for us. When The property vacates, Jeannie has it filled quickly. She makes sure it is ready for move in, if anything is not working properly she has handymen out to fix or calls us if its a larger item to get fixed. She is very thorough with managing making it stress free for us. Thank you, Jeannie and Your rental Connection!

This agency is, by far, the best property management company I have rented from in the past 14 years. They responded promptly to any questions or concerns presented during our time with them and sent qualified professionals quickly to make necessary repairs to the property when needed. They take great care of their customers and properties, and we will miss renting from them.

One of the better rental companies in the area. We had a property with them for over a year helped us out when we were undecided about staying or leaving. We paid a little more but worked with us.

Beware. They don't give you a walktrhough sheet when u first move in and then take from your deposit things that were broken from the moment you got there. Also, if you go through a hurricane renting from them you get no sympathy. Just 1 week after the hurricane they expected they debris to be picked up or they will charge. Keep in mind the property had about 5 trees that weren't maintained previously. we had a fallen tree that ripped the power line to the house when the power came back on it messed up the fan in the living room.

That fan never got fixed until we were about to move out only 7 months later. It was a nightmare living under this property management company and we paid on time every month. Would never recommend them. Ever!

I had a terrible experience with their agent Jeanie at the Enclave town homes. When I spoke to Jeanie she asked me to wait at the gate however there was no parking space where I was not blocking traffic so when a resident was attempting to enter the gate they let me in first. At this point I felt it was a better idea not to park illegally and block traffic.

I then found the apartment and called Jeanie to let her I was there she then said with very condescending tone " I told you to wait outside of the gate" I then tried to explain why I had already entered but before i could finish a he interrupted me abc stated "Do you want to see the town home" I parked my vehicle and approached Jeanie who looked less than thrilled that I was there.

She did not introduce herself all she asked was "Is Kevin not coming" and I was trying to explain that my husband is a police officer and works late hours and couldn't make it do to his sleep schedule she simply sighed at me and opened the door I then asked her "is everything ok did I do something to you" and she replied "No it's not I asked you to meet me at the gate" I then gave her the card she handed to me and told her that I didn't need to deal with that behavior.

I have never felt so judged and offended by a complete stranger. I felt that all that she did was not warranted! She acted like a whining child. She has zero professionalism and I will write many reviews so that people know about my poor experience today.

Rental Connection has been handling my properties for over ten years with excellence. They have always placed very qualified tenants in my homes and always attended to concerns or issues in a timely fashion. They have looked out for my best interests as a rental owner by reviewing and adjusting rents based on current market value. I would recommend Jeanie and her staff to rental home owners for management or tenant placement or anyone looking to find a good rental.
