Angela and her team are PHENOMENAL! Living out of the country we relied on Angela to handle all aspects of our home and any requests/work orders that came from our tenants. Angela was always on top of it and made things worry free for over 3 years! Angela is extremely detailed and truly has the best interests of her clients, while also ensuring the tenants have a positive experience and receive prompt attention. Angela and her teams attention to detail was evident during their walk throughs at the beginning and end of the rental.

Following a long checklist 3-4 agents took around 4 hours ensuring the house was in tip top shape and all conditions noted to be rented. In turn, doing the same to ensure it was returned to us in the same condition. Angela goes above and beyond expectations of what might be expected from a property manager. She worked with us and the tenants numerous times to meet and coordinate contractors who required access to the home for upcoming renovations that were going to take place once we moved back in.

She even went as far as visiting a granite store to look at countertops that we thought we might like! Rent was always received on time and accompanied by a statement outlining if there was anything taken out for a work order and why. The end of year statements were also fantastic for tax purposes! We would highly recommend Angela and Reliance and would most definitely work with them in the future! To find not only a great company who does what they say while going above and beyond.but also someone who is kind and truly cares can be hard to come by! Thank you Angela!
