There is someone named "Chris Shanklin, " who's done a review on here that's completely true. My mom had to get out in 45 days as well due to them wanting to renovate and raise rent. months go by and my mom looks into her credit and finds this company charged over 2k+ for made up charges. Literally the cleaning was $400+, when the place was spotless after she was told to leave unexpectedly.

This realtor is ridiculous, and I also have a friend that deals with them who is experiencing the same issues about this place. From the prices, all the way down to them not wanting to fix the bare minimum. This place has to be the worse when it comes to owning a business. I wouldn't recommend at all!

Marty is awesome! Loved how he helped my family find a home. In less than a month. Definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend this company. I wouldn't trust all negative reviews as they are usually the ones who leave properties destroyed and are up set they have been charged. when i moved out i was charged for carpets and keys, as i was told, just glad they took care of it and i didn't have to wast time calling carpet companies. Any work orders I called in was always taken care of. great company. great people.

Mr Marty was great, he was very helpful and did an awesome job helping assist find my family the home that best fit our needs. The front office personnel are helpful and friendly as well. I emailed Tammy and advised her of an issue with the home and someone was out that same day to fix the issue. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who's looking for a new home.

Great people to work when when looking for rental property. They stay in contact and update you on your move in status. Hope I feel the same 6 months from now. will update

I rented from Hunnycutt Realtors for less than a year. My move in experience was good. I found a townhome I liked, paid my security deposit, and then moved in. I conducted a thorough move in inspection with lots of pictures (There was a normal amount of damage, dust, and scuff marks. But alot of dust and lint in the laundry room). I put in my notice around 70 days before I needed to move out.

I cleaned the place up and down (And left it better than when I had moved in). I chose not to be present for the move out inspection because of COVID and I had a long drive ahead of me. When I recieved my security deposit back, there was a 75 dollar cleaning charge. I wanted to know what the charge was for and have not recieved a response yet. So, was it just added to get a little more money from my security deposit? Does the new tenant know that the Hunnycutt Realtors even cleaned anything? All in all, I would my experience was good until I got my security deposit back.

My daughter and her husband briefly rented through this horrible company while he was stationed at Fort Campbell. 2 bedroom one bath. The entire time they lived there, the guestroom was unusable. They had to keep it closed and blocked off. Each time I flew in to visit I had to get a motel room. The stench of cat urine was putrid. When we lifted the carpet to look to see how bad the urine staining was, we realized the entire carpet had been saturated.

The cats that lived there previously must have been in extreme distress because ants had made this entire room their nesting ground while feasting on the glucose in the urine. After Camille at Huneycutt refused to do anything about the carpet, we even offered to pay to have it professionally replaced and not only were we told no but they were nasty about it.

They lied and said the carpets were brand new. They eventually let my daughter and son in law out of their lease early, I guess Hunnycutt isn't used to pushback, but they stated it was because the owner was selling it. That was a lie because it was listed right back up for rent days later. In the end, they then charged their security deposit for nonsense items like an unclean tub.

Which was clean. I cleaned it myself. Camille is a miserable human being who can't bring herself to admit when she's wrong over a dollar. She's queen of the slum lords. Not sure how these people sleep at night. They certainly wouldn't be if they had to live in one of their own disgusting rental properties.

One for the worse company to rent from the don't fix things. They are rude. I wouldn't suggest them. Edit yes I have done business with y'all for over three years.(Kandice Williams is my name with y'all) also owner will threaten you when trying to find out things about the property you are renting. So yes I would not suggest them to anybody. Stuff we had on our moving in to fix still not fix. Andre have call email and wrote notes with our rent. And they don't answer you.the property managers don't do their jobs but the front desk lady is very helpful she at least tries for the renters

Huneycutt Realtors takes the GOLD when it comes to property management in Clarksville! If you need a local & Veteran owned management company who has stood the test of time, look no further! I personally have several rental homes and units managed with Huneycutt and I give them the highest recommendation! As you can tell, all the bad reviews are from disgruntled tenants because Huneycutt truly looks after the BEST interest of their Owner clients! Thank you gals for all you do!

Just signed a lease with them and the "realtor" we met with knew nothing about the property or where the property lines where. I went on the deeds website for montgomery co and found out who owned it, what it was purchased for, and where the property lines are. when asked about the rules in the lease, her answers where 100% wrong according to lease. if I known I would have never signed. we were told something completely different than what was in the lease.

Need better property managers, can never get ahold of them phone just rings till voice-mail. took them 3 months to fix my fridge and 8momths to fix the gutters, promised new windows installed when we moved in but almost 2 years later has yet to happen and my heating and cooling bill is ridiculously high because the house isn't properly insulated. bad wiring that they have yet to fix as well, they just send a guy out to rig it to last a little longer and my back deck that they said they would fix has continued to sag and is barly able to support its own weight, 10/10 wouldn't recommend considering you can't get ahold of your property manager when needed and it takes months for maintenance to finnaly come.

This company lets the realtors do what they want and do not care what the customer thinks. The broker would not even address the issues that were going on with the customer. The realtor employed by this company, let the realtor somehow put in added costs of the buyer's realtor fees, let the realtor send in an appraiser who took pics of a bedroom where there was a female sleeping and forced the customer into a closing date that caused the customer to miss their son's wedding. This company obviously does not care at what cost to close on a person's home to make money.

Sloppy, inconsistent, selectively responsive, passively rude, and generally unprofessional at property management. As a rental property owner, I would never go with them again. I don't know how often inspections occurred (not frequent enough), and they failed to discover or alert me to most areas of concern. The *best* I can say is that I had a mixed experience with Huneycutt over the years.

I did not change management companies earlier because most of their industry in Clarksville was pretty miserable when I looked. I hope the newer property management companies in Clarksville are better, because you should go with one of them and NOT consider Huneycutt under any circumstances.

They do not work with people and very rude to potential clients. We did not rent from them. We actually only wanted to look at a house. We were denied because they said we did not make enough. We informed the staff and some grouch of a woman named Beverly that we would need to not only supply proof of income but also proof of current rent as well.

Again this was not to rent said house, JUST to see the property. We were not only told we couldn't afford the 1395.00 rent (even though we currently pay $1634) but that we would only be approved to view houses that were $1250 or less because they needed to ensure we could pay our rent and our debt. Their decision would not be swayed due to our debt to income ratio.

We pay the rent and our other bills on time EVERY MONTH! But yet they have the audacity to tell us we can't afford their home. I will be sure to let EVERYONE know how horrible they treat their potential clients, I can now only imagine how they treat current tenants.
