Charging me $500 for a door which wasnt even brand new has black scuffs on it saw it right infront of my porch to make it fit the hinges on paper showing receipt said it took 7 men to put a door in which should have one took the most 2 people out of it. Have had mice living in my house even come on the bed. Has holes in window sills where cold air comes in and makes the heater turn on.

Just overall bad experience. Called them about mice problem took them a week for them to have a guy come out and put two bait boxes and called to havw him come back and was told 5 days so i did it myself. Had a fuse blow and it was closed should definitly have an emergency number no matter what.

This place gave me 8 hours to get out of my apt after I reported illegal activity. Then they threatened to keep all my property!

Once again RMS has gone out of there way for us. They care about there tenants and there propertys. We highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a home. Good old fashion professional service is what u will get with Rms. Thank you Rms Staff

Can't schedule to actually see places! Can't get any human responses. Made to use a stupid link to book viewings. But only times offered is during the weekday during work hours. Just to be cancelled the night or morning before! Its hopeless to even bother inquiring about their posts. Ya Never hear back!

RMS handles the heavy lifting of managing our rental portfolio, and we couldn't be more pleased with their services. Every person on the team with whom we worked has been professional, accomodating and efficient.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value They will try and squeeze every penny out of you, they are a terrible if not the worst rental management I've been with. RMS you're a disgrace and hope you eventually get shut down. Don't rent from them, unless you want a horrible service.

They dont even need a phone because they never answer it or return calls/messages. If you are the owner of a rental property they make themselves seem enticing but they are ik only there to take a portion of your rent money and do shoddy repairs if they do them and allow your properties value to drop. Look elsewhere if you want your investment to stay an investment.

RMS manages a number of our rentals and we are very impressed with their professionalism. We have used other property managers, and RMS is by far the best! Everyone on their team goes beyond call to address our requests and the needs of our tenants. Every job gets done well and timely.

Terrible terrible company to rent from. Stay away from rms! When it comes to move out inspection they will charge for every little thing. Even if it's out of your control! Like Mother Nature's doing. Also don't believe half these reviews on here because they have their employees come and give them 5 stars. They also like to complain so much that they get a review from a fb page taken down. If you rent from them you are literally going to deal with their employees acting like teenagers.

I rented the same property through RMS for over 9 years and couldn't have been happier with this company. Any time I needed something repaired, maintenance was there within 24 hours to get it fixed. The office staff was absolutely wonderful and I never hesitated to call. As long as you pay your rent on time and take care of the property, you won't have any issues. I'd highly recommend this rental company!
