Rosemont management gave us a chance to start a business 5 years ago when a lot of other landlords and commercial real estate agents scoffed at us. 5 years later we couldn't ask for a better experience. If you're a small business looking to lease space in a great part of Frederick, the Industry Lane area is a bargain you won't want to pass up. A+

PLEASE stay away from this company as they are highly unprofessional and do NOT know how to conduct proper business. This company does not have a clue of how to do commercial leasing business nor the simple terms of a lease agreement especially an exclusive in a lease agreement. Dave is unprofessional, lacks knowledge of long term leasing and is truly unfit to "manage properties" as for he doesn't understand the means of business. Worst experience I've ever had! WARNING! Stay away!
