Classic Property Management

These people do not answer the phone at all! They're so unprofessional They act like they don't want me to pay this association fee. And I better not get a late fee either been calling these people everyday for the past 2 weeks still nothing if I could I'd give this business a 0 star

The absolute WORST property Management company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT RECOMEND. They take weeks to respond, do not answer the phone. If you call it goes to a voicemail that is full, or it goes to this other voicemail with a greeting of a woman yelling into it but you can't make out what she is saying. No one is ever on the same page. It takes weeks to get any sort of document. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The guy who answers the phone (if ever) has no idea what he is doing. Poorly managed and horribly ran company.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness They never answer the phone. They don't return phone calls. The individual I called isn't even listed on their website as an employee/contact and the email address she provides in her voicemail greeting is invalid (returned undeliverable).

Difficult to work with, hard to reach if there is a problem, in my experience worthless, hire someone else

We are extremely satisfied with our Rep from Classic. she is excellent! Knows her job inside and out!

I am a home owner and the person that's in charge of are condominum is horrible they dont come out to check nothing it takes months to get something done the building is dark, they never come out to check the lighting in the building needs to be steam cleaned been asking for a lock on the side gate havent been done yet request it in april of this year still waitng on. Whats the use of complaning if nothings going to be done about it.
