Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value They don't care if you love one passed away they're evil I wish they understand they're not good people if you do don't speak English my father passed away thanks to them.

I will give ZERO if I can. That is the worst HOA I have never seen before. They never replied your emails, or answered the call after leaving them thousands of messages. Alan Berger just left you the email address, but never replied the email or give you any contact number. Brian didn't help at all either, just said he can't handle the situation I have. Lisa apHugh always out of office and sent the automatic reply but no further notice later.

If there is something processing for our cases, they can reply" wait until further notice" or "your case is processing ", etc. but they didn't even send anything back. If can, don't use this HOA, and just look for attorney or county office for help better than waiting until they reply.

I have found them responsive to all our requests, and capable in servicing the needs of our HOA.

They are incompetent and rude. They did not accept responsibility for items clearly related to Hoa. Instead, had us owners going around in circles for 3 weeks until it was determined they missed paying a utility bill.

I would give this company a zero if possible. I've had an ongoing water leak that has been ingnored for over two years while the HOA manger, Dave Dawson, has repeatedly given and taken away hope of the issue being resolved. I will do everything I can to get rid of this company for our development. Garden Creek in Danvilke CA.
