Heather responds very quickly to homeowners' and renters' requests when needs arise. She's a new manager but handles any situation well in a timely manner. The more I work with her, the more I like her. She's focused, highly motivated to achieve the tasks assigned to her. Bravo!

Robert Bussell managed my condo while I was stationed overseas for a year. He found an ideal tenant quickly and there were no issues the entire year and he was very helpful and understanding of the time difference if I ever needed to be contacted. Then he represented me as my selling agent and held on through the process entire close process and dealt with the few hiccups we had. My recent move introduced me to American Horizon Prop. Management. I can say that there is very little I enjoy about moving. However, American Horizon has been great so far. I say this having had less than great experiences with other property management companies in the past. I initially met Nancy. She showed us the house at first and has been there through the leasing process.

I have also had pleasant interactions with Heather and other staff at the American Horizon offices. I have been able to have questions answered quickly and completely via text or email. Any issues or scheduling(lawn maintenance) for instance has been completed as promised by Nancy and staff. I hope to continue this level of service throughout my leasing experience. We are beginning our 4th year renting through American Horizon Group Services, Inc. and can only describe our experience as "superior" with outstanding service. The entire team at American Horizon has been wonderful to work with. The application process was straightforward, the home was immaculate when we moved in and the information packet provided by American Horizon listed all resources we needed to set up utility services.

The office staff are friendly, very attentive to detail, and responsive to our inquiries. The on-line portal is a very efficient system that allows us to pay rent electronically and report maintenance issues in real-time. The system is monitored closely and we have always received timely responses to our requests. We have worked very closely with Robert to address both routine and unexpected maintenance issues in our home.

He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and easy to communicate with. We particularly appreciate the way he includes us as "partners in the conversation" when exploring options to resolve issues. He also efficiently manages communications between ourselves and the home owner. We are fortunate to have wonderful owners, who have worked closely with Robert to allow us to maintain and improve the home. It is apparent that the owners trust Robert as much as we do!
