Fletcher Property Management

In my opinion any 5 star rating you read here was probably either purchased by that jaded woman or written by her personally. In my opinion Betty Fletcher must think everyone is a crook trying to rip her off. I had the unfortunate experience of renting from this sad excuse for a human while building a house. It is scary how little she cares for the property she "manages".

She does NOTHING for or to the houses. It was filthy and I'd bet the legal owner is screwed monthly by her and her staff. I have two rental properties in WLR and would commit suicide before hiring Betty Fletcher to do anything for me. Likewise, I would forget the number to 911 to help her. Dante had nine circles of hell, Betty Fletcher will be sent to a new one a few circles beneath those. In case you can't tell, I do not think Betty Fletcher is an honest person. Do not have any business dealings with this person. You've been warned.

I have known Betty Fletcher, MPM, for many years through the National Association of Residential Property Managers. I am proud to have her a both a personal and professional friend and would recommend Fletcher Property Management in a heartbeat to anyone looking for management or housing in the Little Rock area. I have never met a more professional, consistent, honest and straight talking property manager than Betty Fletcher, MPM. Though the MPM stands for Master Property Manager it also should stand for My Property Makes me more money because of the way they handle their business. I'm sorry tenants that do not get their way write bad reviews but as a 30+ year real estate investor there is NOBODY in the Little Rock area I would choose to use than Fletcher Property Management. Just call Betty, speak to her for 5 minutes and see for yourself. She will tell you the truth and work very hard for your bottom line.
