Established in 2005, GOProperty Management is a Community Association Management company that works with Wilmington, North Carolina Community Associations to manage the day-to-day operations of the Association. The purpose of a Community Association is to supply for the governance, business, and communal kinds of the association in order to preserve, maintain, and enhance the association's member's homes and properties and promote community harmony.

Morgan Osborne returned my call Friday night regarding water in my rental unit at the Courtyard. She contacted tenant above. My plumber arrived Saturday, and Morgan contacted tenant next door and asked him to open his unit. He arrived, and my plumber was able to stop water coming into my unit from his leaking ice maker. She helped avoid more serious problems for my neighbor's unit and mine. Thanks, Morgan, for staying with me until the source of the leak was discovered.

Being on the BOD at Forest Cove townhomes we have found GO Property Management to be very professional and caring about our wants and needs. They have excellent organizational skills and are very quick to respond to our problems when they arise. They are by far the best property management company that I have been associated with. I have served on my HOA Board of Directors for several years and have been incredibly pleased since we switched to GO as our management company close to two years ago, which was a refreshing change from our previous company. I am a single lady living in a property that GO Property manages and it is so comforting to know that when I have a concern it is addressed immediately and professionally.
