I would leave 0 stars if I could. They say they are a family oriented, open minded group but they are clicky and if you say 1 wrong thing you are escorted from the building. There is no investigation and they definitely will not let you try and speak up for yourself. The sad thing is they will never get good people to work there because upper management is too narrow minded and bigoted so they automatically throw away any potential they get. If you are any way different for the social norms aka not white, lgbtq+, and not independently wealthy don't bother wasting your time with Cathcart.

Some establishments improve or evolve, some stay the same, and some start to dissolve. The initial staff I encountered that was working in the office at the Reserve were friendly attentive and responsive. Unfortunately over the next year or so that entire office crew left. The next group were a definite downgrade, more interested in their own affairs for the most part than wanting to maintain the once high standard of the Reserve complex Honestly there were more issues that were ignored or simply screwed up by these guys, and it's a shame because after the first year I'd given these guys glowing recommendations. and now deciding between one star and two as a rating is the best I can give them.
After my 42 months there the biggest changes I noticed in the Reserve were in the maintenance and security going down and every year substantial increases in their rental rate. Yes rentals are hard to find these days and apparently the staff, along with the owner/managers may feel they can get away with this stuff in this environment. - I'm just glad I have a house now.
It's 4 BRs, new, it's mine, and my monthly mortgage payment is less than what I paid at the Reserve for a 1 BR apt. And no-one barging in to replace filters 5 seconds after knocking on the door. I very rarely write bad reviews but sometimes it just needs to be said
