We have a property in Sherwood Gardens in Delray Beach. We love the property but hate the management company. They do absolutely nothing. The pool is not maintained well, the landscaping is lacking, and recently, we have stains from the sprinkler system on the outdoor walls which is been there for the last three months. If you try and call the management company, it's almost impossible to get through. Considering our HOA fee is almost $400 a month, And this place is not gated and doesn't have any other amenities except a pool, where is our HOA fee going towards? If I had it to do over again, I would probably look at buying a place that's not managed by this company. They suck.

Awful management company hard to reach no returned calls they say they sent out information in the mail never have I received mail from them. Only think I ever get is violation email. Asking if I read the letters they sent! Want to charge me $100 to get the bylaws for the community! How in the world would a huge community like boca point use such a awful management company!

If i could rate this company a 0 i would, what a worthless bunch of crap. after trying to find out why my cable bill is not being subsidized by my homeowners association, all i get is a cocky answer that they will look into it. it has been 5 days and still no answer. i will be going to the better business bureau next week to file a report.

My husband and I own a property in Delray Beach, Florida, and for six years, I have put up with dealing with the bumbling errors of this management company that was hired by my HOA. If you own a single family home and you're not bound by HOA preferences, do not waste your time dealing with this group. I have YET to talk to a human being who wasn't out to get me, and always assuming that I am in the wrong and need to be taught how to take care of my own property. No, thank you!
